DESCRIPTION:<p>The Board of Trustees is the legislative and policy-determining body for the Library. It formulates the program of service with the advice and counsel of the Library Director and supplies the means for carrying out the Library Mission. Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Carnegie Library Center and are open to the public. No person shall be required to provide personal information to attend a meeting or address the Board. However, comments by members of the public are limited on a first-come, first-served basis but may be limited due to time constraints.</p>
