Simply fill out the form online or download and print the form and drop it off at the library.

- Please allow 2-4 weeks for books to arrive.
- Come to SCPL to pick up and return the books.
- Books must be at least one year old.
- Multimedia material (such as DVDs and audiobooks) cannot be requested.
- Books cannot be requested from university libraries, only public Kentucky libraries.
- You must have an SCPL library card for three months, with no outstanding fines.
