We’d love for you to join us for a super fun and cozy 45-minute Storytime adventure and craft! Our sessions are perfect for kids ages 3 to 5 and will include two delightful stories, some interactive songs, fun movement activities, and a cute craft to make or take home! To keep things comfy and cozy, we limit each Storytime to just 16 children. We encourage parents to let their little ones attend on their own, as this helps build important school readiness skills and encourages independence.

Stop by the Youth Services department to celebrate our right to participate in the civic process! Come cast your own vote for your favorite storybook characters and check out new book displays on what it means to be civically engaged. Kids can create their own “I Voted” buttons in the Story Hour Room while supplies last. No registration required All ages welcome!

This fun program is a 30-minute Storytime all about fostering a love of reading and early literacy in a joyful setting. Each session includes two adorable board books and lively rhymes that will have you and your baby smiling. After the stories, we’ll enjoy some playtime with toys and a chance to socialize with other little ones. Hot dog! Mickey Mouse is turning 98, and we’re celebrating with a day filled with fun, laughter, and plenty of Mickey magic! Guests are invited to join the birthday fun as they explore a variety of festive activity stations, each bringing a little more magic to the celebration. Be sure to stop by for a special photo opportunity to capture a memorable moment from Mickey’s big day! With smiles, surprises, and birthday fun around every corner, it’s sure to be a celebration worth remembering and when the fun comes to an end, we’ll say “Toodles!” until the next magical adventure! Celebrate the Thanksgiving season by hunting for items hidden in the Children’s Department that remind us of family, food, and a good harvest! Mark each item on your scavenger hunt sheets when you discover them, and see if you can find them all! Once you've completed the hunt, turn in your sheet and celebrate your success by choosing a small prize to take home. No registration required All ages welcome!
