What's truly incredible is that you don't need drumming experience or even actual drums! Instead, we'll use stability balls, buckets, and drumsticks. Tristen Stansfield will be leading us in an energetic session of Cardio Drumming. Buckets and drumsticks will be provided, but attendees must bring their own stability ball.
