Everyone is welcome to participate, though the ability to get down to and up from the floor is required.

Be prepared to buy the selected works or borrow them from the Library, as supplies are limited and given out at the meetings.

With chair yoga, you can experience the benefits of yoga while seated, eliminating the need for up-and-down movements typically associated with yoga practice.
