Cardio Drumming is an invigorating, inclusive workout that people of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy. It’s a dynamic blend of drumming and cardio set to music, boosting heart rate, enhancing rhythm, building upper body strength, refining motor skills, and hand-eye coordination—all while torching calories. What's truly incredible is that you don't need drumming experience or even actual drums! Instead, we'll use stability balls, buckets, and drumsticks. Tristen Stansfield will be leading us in an energetic session of Cardio Drumming.

Buckets and drumsticks will be provided, but attendees must bring their own stability ball.
